Econo-Purge, 473-1500, quickly, economically and effectively removes old resin and color residue in extrusion, injection and blow molding operations. With operating temperatures of 330° - 610°F, this formulation also works on hot runners and thoroughly purges manifolds with gates as small as 30 thousandths. It is safe for use in purging through the mold and has GRAS rated (food-grade) active ingredients safe for food packaging applications. Compared to competitive compounds, Econo-Purge emits little if any odor during purging.
